At Afnan Perfumes, we strive for excellence in every scent; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene standards, we can only accept returns on items that remain in their original cellophane packaging and pristine condition.

Return Process

  Contact our dedicated customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the perfume in its original box and shipping container to prevent any damage or leakage during transit, as items damaged during return may not be eligible for a refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package through a trackable courier service to our central warehouse for processing.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the product's seal is intact, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
